The process from A-Z
INITIAL PHASE
First, we check the structure of the roof and the quality and condition of the roof tiles. Then, we protect the surroundings of the roof with polyvinyl and other protective materials. Finally, we clean the roof with a high-pressure cleaner. This ensures that the roof is remove completely free from all dirt (moss, lichens, and other microorganisms).
APPLICATION OF CLEANER
The application of the cleaner is an extremely important step in the roof restoration process because the cleaner or impregnation deeply penetrates the roof tiles and destroys all microorganisms. This prevents the formation of new microorganisms for the next approximately 5-8 years.
ROOF PAINTING
The final phase of the process is the application of paint twice using airless technology. The first layer deeply penetrates into the roof tiles, while the second layer serves as the finishing coat and is primarily for aesthetic purposes.
The roof has a completely new appearance, an extended lifespan of 15-20 years, and the energy efficiency of the house is also improved.
TYPES OF ROOFING WE PAINT
FIBER-CEMENT BOARDS
We can repair and paint only undamaged fiber-cement boards that are less than 30 years old and do not contain asbestos.
CONCRETE ROOFS
This type of roof is the most resistant to external elements. Painting it extends its lifespan by at least 15-20 years.
METAL ROOFS
The paints for metal sheets are the same, but before painting, it is necessary to apply a primer (emulsion) to the roof to ensure better adhesion of the paint to the surface.
